General Information

The Culinary Arts Program at Central Arizona College is designed for those interested in becoming cooks or professional chefs in the hospitality, food service or nutrition-related industries. It incorporates food preparation, presentation, nutrition and food-handling safety. The Hotel and Restaurant Management Program (HRM) combines culinary arts and restaurant management with hospitality and lodging business-related training in skills such as marketing, guest services and hospitality law. Students will leave CAC prepared to take on supervisory and management positions within this rapidly growing industry.
