Both specialties provide the in depth knowledge necessary for This specialty within the Hospitality Management Program prepares students for careers in the dynamic field of hotel and restaurant management. Latest classroom theories of the hotel/restaurant industry are combined with the practical knowledge necessary to exercise management skills. Coordinated work experience in hotel and restaurant operations enables the student to choose a career path in the hospitality industry suited to his or her interests and abilities.
