Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College (A-B Tech) is a state and county funded, two-year community college, offering programs in hospitality education, culinary technology, business education, health care, law enforcement, engineering and applied technology. A-B Tech offers 49 associate degree programs and diploma programs in four specialty program divisions. An on-campus lodge, operated and maintained by HRM students, provides ‘live project’ experience under the direction of college faculty. The culinary facility includes a fully equipped kitchen and two large dining room laboratories.
