General Information
The College of Southern Idaho Hospitality Management program’s goal is to offer a program that prepares students for a successful career in the rapidly expanding field of hospitality management. The program introduces students to the basic philosophies of the hospitality industry and gives a general understanding of the procedure of property operations in both lodging and restaurants. Upon completion of the program, graduates receive an Associate of Applied Science degree. The curriculum by semester is designed to meet the needs of the industry, featuring such areas as front office, marketing, law,accounting, housekeeping, food and beverage, and operations. The educational process takes place in small classes, which encourages student participation. Faculty members are recruited on the basis of successful experience as well as teaching excellence.
